Frankfurter Allee Berlin

Development of a new office building comprising about 23,000 sqm GFA. Highlights of the project which was completed in Q4 2023 are DGNB Golden certificate, representative rooftop and excellent connection to public transportation. 90 % of the building are currently rented.

Dipl. Ing. Architecture, Stephan has 30+ years of international experience in major scale projects and is a member of the Chamber of Architects in Berlin. He oversees construction and planning activities of the group.

Technical Project Management

David has many years of experience managing refurbishment and construction projects, together with overseeing and planning of maintenance and upkeeping of various portfolio assets. His main responsibilities include all technical-related aspects of the company’s activities.

 Director of Operations

With a degree in politics and international relationship, Orren has led our company’s operations since 2017. He also serves as a managing director of our industrial park in Hannover.

 Accountant

Dipl. in economics with focus on banking and insurance, Liliana has 15+ years of experience in various construction companies. She oversees our group’s accounting and controlling.

Ivan Mihic

Transaction Manager

Joining the company in 2025, Ivan brings extensive experience in managing residential and commercial real estate portfolios and possesses deep expertise in transaction and asset management. His primary focus is on the acquisition of real estate assets and projects for our portfolio.
